Audition requests
Enable audition requests on your website and prospective members can introduce themselves via a form (name, email, instrument, message). You'll be notified by email.
The pipeline
Requests flow through a simple pipeline in the Recruiting section: New → Contacted → Audition Scheduled → Accepted / Declined, with private notes at each step.
Accepting a recruit
When someone is accepted, one click converts them into a member record, assigned to their section and ready for a welcome email. Recruits never mix with your roster until that moment.
