How does our ensemble website work?

Your free public website: branding, sections, and automatic updates.

Every ensemble gets a free public website. It's off by default; an admin turns it on from the Website section in the sidebar.

What you control

  • Branding: your logo, a featured photo, a tagline, a custom web address, and a single brand color. Readable shades are derived automatically, so your site always looks polished.
  • Content: choose which sections appear, including a welcome message, an About section, upcoming public events, your artistic leadership (conductors and directors), a member roster, open positions, and contact details with official social media links.

You don't design the layout itself. BandBliss handles typography, spacing, and mobile support so the site looks professional without any web design work.

Content updates automatically

Your website is built from the data you already manage in BandBliss. Add a public event, welcome a new member, or record a new music director, and your website reflects it on its own. There is nothing to republish.

Event pages and audience RSVPs

Each public event gets its own page with details, an optional flyer image, a map link, and an audience RSVP form, so supporters can say they're coming without creating an account.

Sharing your site

The Share tab gives you your website link, a fast-loading version great for search engines, and a printable QR code for concert programs and flyers.

Tips

  • Set a custom web address on the Branding tab (e.g. bandbliss.com/org/riverside-band) to make your link easy to remember.
  • Recruiting options (open positions and the audition request form) are managed from the Recruiting section.
