BandBliss doubles as your music library catalog.
Cataloging pieces
Each piece stores composer, arranger, category, library number, duration, difficulty, physical location, condition, purchase info, and a link to a reference recording. You can also import your existing catalog from a spreadsheet.
AI cataloging assistance
Adding pieces one by one? Type the title and let the AI assist suggest the composer, arranger, approximate duration, and difficulty, so cataloging a decades-old paper library takes minutes instead of evenings. You review every suggestion before it's saved.
Digital files
Attach PDFs to each piece: full score, individual parts, practice tracks. Members can access files for the music they're playing from their portal.
Parts tracking
Track every physical part (Flute 1, Violin II…) with copy counts and status: present, missing, or damaged. No more discovering a missing part at the first rehearsal.
Set lists
Build set lists for concerts by dragging pieces into order, with per-performance notes. Attach a set list to an event and members see the program in their portal. Set lists also build your repertoire history, showing what you performed and when, in Reports.
AI program builder
Planning a concert? Describe the program you want ("a 70-minute holiday concert opening with a fanfare") and the AI program builder drafts an ordered set list drawn from your own library, respecting durations and difficulty. Fine-tune the draft by dragging pieces around or swapping selections before you save.
