Your profile is how your ensemble reaches you, so keep it fresh.
What you can edit
Open My Profile from the menu to update:
- Contact details: phone, address
- Emergency contact: name, phone, relationship (visible only to you and your admins)
- Medical notes: allergies, dietary needs for tour meals (also private)
- Public bio: used in concert programs and on the website
- Photo
Changes save instantly. For your ensemble's records, profile updates are noted for administrators, but nothing needs approval.
What you can't edit
Your email, sections, and membership status are managed by your admins. Contact them if something needs changing.
Privacy
Other members can't see your contact information. If someone in the ensemble needs to reach you, they can message you through the in-app Inbox.
